I have brought my computer to Affinity Computers a few weeks ago. My computer just rebooted after post before ever getting to Windows. First I thought it was a hardware problem so I had Bill look at it. The store is busy so it did take over a week to get it back, but Bill explained to me that it was a software problem and fixed it. The price was reasonably considering the amount of time Bill worked on it. Bill was very professional and I was very impressed with the work that he did. If needed, I wouldn't hesitate going back if I run into a problem with my computer. I highly recommend Affinity Computers for repairs.

If you are looking for a place that will take care of your computers look no further. I’d recommend anyone who needs computer repair/replacements to visit Affinity. I recently had a Asus ROG gaming laptop worked on here. It had a lot of issues ranging from heating and other damages from the years of use. The gentlemen working at Affinity were very nice and went above and beyond while working on my machine. The process took around five weeks which was a little long for me, but definitely worth the wait in the end. My laptop came out like a brand new unit and it is way better than when I received it originally from the previous owner. I will recommend anyone looking for repairs and replacements for their computers to stop here and visit Affinity. Thank you Affinity!

John and Bill are the best. I wanted to splurge and have a custom PC built for me. They took the time to ask questions and learn what I needed and wanted. They easily could have pulled everything from the top shelf prices but instead, they gave me what I needed. This shop is actually one of the hidden gems in this area, I wish I knew about this place years ago! I came into the shop with a complicated PC build, with some special instructions.. However, the staff were ready to take on the build! The people here are very friendly and are passionate about their work. They gave me a lot of good advice and support when it came to my PC build, and their extensive experience shows when they talk about certain things and events that predate my time working with computers. If you’re not looking for a service here, this place also sells various types of computer parts, which can save you a trip or two to the closest Microcenter. Not only did their excellent service win my trust and satisfaction, but the fact that they carry a lot of newest PC parts just adds a cherry on top!

Affinity built my computer for me quite a number of years ago, and it's been tremendous - high quality, great performance. Recently it needed a fan replaced (very reasonable given it's an old computer and I've almost never cleaned it). Affinity did the work along with cleaning the interior and replacing another fan that was going bad for a very reasonable price. Besides the labor being reasonable, the parts prices were just as good as if I had bought them myself on Amazon or elsewhere. Further, they did the work quickly. Highly recommended!
